  2. Something to think about. However, I do think a lot of issues will disappear if they are ignored. But ignoring does often become unconscious and not really ignored. Those likely do not get better. Thanks for the thought.

  3. That is so true. When I think I am able to ignore something, I truly am just “burying” it inside. There is festers and infects me. The best way to deal with a situation is to acknowledge it and address it honestly. What a difference that makes!
